Here at Military Brats Online, everyone gets you. If you have been living in the civilian world for a while, missing the moving about and making new U.S. Military Brat friends, this is the place for you.

Military Brats Online is here to help you to re-connect with your U.S. Military Brats heritage and with friends you have met along the way in your nomadic life.

Once you sign up and you are verified, you can search for old and new friends, edit your profile, create blogs and fully participate in the community including contacting other members.

Members can create their own discussion groups, chat, blog, create photo albums, form discussion groups, create events, and more! Think of Military Brats Online as a gathering place just for U.S. Military Brats (and spouses) and teachers, and a place where you can share your experiences growing up in a Military family, rekindle friendships, and a place to make new friends.

We had USAF Band play down at the city part a few years ago. They were wonderful! Of course in the back were the OIF protesters. I had to laugh because the recruiters were keeping them at bay!

I wish more military installations would enforce the 1700 flag recovery...here at redstone, just about everybody just drives off post at 1700 and ignores it. A few months ago I was on Fort Carson, and at 1700, you heard the bugle and the post cam...

Military Brats Online contains blogs, articles and essays about a wide range of Military Brat experiences, from everyday life on base to moving around the U.S. and traveling overseas. We also have many discussion groups for alumni organizations, photo albums where members can share with other members as well as polls.

Military Brats also identify strongly with the the branches of our U.S. military forces: Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, and Navy. While each branch of service is different, the experiences of Military Brats - being part of something larger than the sum of it's parts - is the same for all Military Brats.

New Chat Software - Working! - August 5, 2010
We now have the "new" and improved Group chatroom working. It is the icon at the bottom of the browser on the left, just over from the blue ball. I will be putting up some instructions and it will allow us to create chat rooms "on the fly" for different groups of friends in addition to the regular weekly chats. Please enjoy the one-on-one chat which is on the right-hand side of the bottom of the browser . . . find your fiends online and invite them to an Instant Message chat. Enjoy.--Vann
